Get Rid of those Unwanted Flabs, Naturally!

"Finding a healthy weight loss plan, oriented toward lifestyle changes gives you the ability to shed the extra pounds without harming your body."

Different points are considered in order to reach your desired body size. These are education, diet, exercise, goals and commitment…

Educate Yourself!
Education means you will need to know your condition and what you need to change. There is no diet plan that can suit all forms of lifestyle. For example, for people who have hypertension, we recommend the DASH diet plan which stands for the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension program. It was devised to help control high blood pressure, and its effects on that marker of cardiovascular health have been extensively studied. So it’s no surprise that experts regarded it as a good diet for the heart.

Those who worry about high cholesterol may want to look at healthy heart diets such as the Mediterranean diet plan. Lots of research have validated the Mediterranean diet’s ability to prevent cardiovascular disease because of its emphasis on produce, monounsaturated fats, and protein from fish, with only a small amount from red meat. The aims of this diet include weight loss, heart and brain health, cancer prevention, and diabetes prevention and control.
Those who are diabetic should consider the Glycemic-Index Diet which aims for weight loss, better blood-sugar control and heart health as high glycemic foods cause fluctuation in the blood sugar, this is said to cause constant hunger which sometimes leads to increase in appetite and result in gain weight.
Making Smoothies In Blender With Fruit And Yogurt
A vegan or vegetarian may want to check out blender diets or raw foods diet plans that provide all essential nutrients that the body needs including good protein and good fats. Veganism earned high marks for its potential to boost cardiovascular health. It emphasizes the right foods—fruits, veggies, and whole grains—while steering dieters away from salty, processed choices.

There are several factors associated with weight gain, some you cannot control such as genetic makeup, medicines or age but no matter what your genetic makeup or age is, you can take steps to give your body an optimal chance as long as you make sure that your diet plan suits your body’s physical, emotional and mental capacity.

Eat Healthy!
Diet does not only mean eating less than what you are accustomed to but actually just eating healthy. To do this, there may be a need to reconsider your eating habits, you need to:
1. Get rid of processed and junk foods. These foods have been devoid of the nutrients, vitamins and fiber that your body needs.
2. Eat healthy balanced meals to make sure you are getting the right amount of calories and proportionate amount of nutrients.
3.  Limit consumption of energy-dense foods which include granulated sugars, candies and nougats, dried fruits, cakes and ice cream; and sugary drinks.
4.  Eat plant-based food.
5.  Limit red and processed meat.
6.  Limit alcohol.

“An imbalance of caloric intake can result in the loss of water and lean mass as well as fat.” This causes people to think that taking a diet is not an effective way to lose weight because as they start on a fad diet, “they are not getting satiety’; they end the plan and soon return to the beginning.

So our tip, just stay on track! Focus on eating a healthy and balanced meal everyday according to your lifestyle need. You don’t need to starve yourself, you can still eat healthy and delicious meals that will satisfy your appetite and not give you any “guilt.”

Move that Body!

Although food and proper eating habits are essential to life, food alone cannot make you truly healthy. Exercise is also fundamental in maintaining a healthy body and an active lifestyle.

Exercise can help you mentally as well as physically. Psychological benefits such as a greater sense of well being, increased self-esteem, and decreased anxiety or depression have all been linked to exercise.
Benefits increase dramatically when exercise becomes a lifelong commitment. Experts continue to remind us that the many health benefits offered by exercise should cause us to make it a lifetime priority.

Exercise means a health related fitness program designed to fit your needs in which you will want to make sure you are exerting the right efforts for an effective exercise workout.  You will want a result of good body tone and your ideal body weight; you will want to keep it once you have it.

Therefore, losing weight in a healthy way and learning to manage it through long-term changes in your lifestyle is key.

Set Your Goals.

Maintain Focus on Your Goals by Treating Your Life Like a Diet A healthy lifestyle is one of the best ways to protect yourself and the people you love against diseases. Living healthy is easier if you set goals. Spring into action with some healthy new goals! Start by thinking about what you want  to achieve and why you want to achieve it. Then, help ensure your success by making your goals SMART--specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-based.

Healthy weight loss is dependent on setting realistic goals with a plan.

Goals are important because we believe the first step to reaching any goal is to determine the main goal and then what we like to call the action steps to get there. Once you know your overall goal, it’s important to sit down and list out everything you can possibly do to reach that goal. The specific steps you can take to move in a positive direction. Preferably, things you can do daily to make an impact.

Stay Committed.

Let’s face it, along with the promising results of this weight loss plan comes the more pleasurable  foods and activities that divert us from our path to achieving a healthier, lean body. That’s why we should develop commitment and in order to do this, you should first know your goals and second, second find some motivation and stay faithful, eventually; all your hard work will pay off.

motivation to lose wight“You may need support from a professional or you may be able to put together a good program for yourself from available online information or go with an established reliable program that follows a healthy lifestyle plan… be aware of diets and fads that could sabotage your efforts.”

Learn to recognize when you are resisting for resisting sake and when it gets in your way of making healthy choices: keeping your commitments, exercising regularly, eating healthy and getting enough sleep.

We suggest that changing your exercise program and researching on new healthy cuisines that suit your health condition is beneficial and sometimes necessary in order for you to not get bored of the program.

Once you have gained your ideal body weight…you will want to maintain a healthy weight.  Finally, YOU win the battle of the bulge with healthy weight loss in your arsenal.

INSIGHT:

There are many effective weight loss plans, we cannot deny that and we cannot deny as well that many other fads on losing weight have arisen nowadays promising an easier way of shedding our undesired flabs with no concrete results, faced with such situation, we need to be pragmatic rather than dogmatic. The goal is not to get into petty quarrels, but rather lose weight and keep it off, if possible.  If someone successfully loses weight by following a diet that differs from the suggested blog, we’ll strongly encourage her to continue no matter what diet she is on, as long as it is not dangerous. We would not attempt to knock her diet and claim that our suggestion is better.
You need to take a step back and take the time to understand how these diets work.
All of these diets have one thing in common: they work for people who have terrible eating habits and who eat too much--way too much sugar and way too much fat.
If that’s your case, any one of these diet plans will do the trick, but only temporarily, because none is definitive and the maintenance depends on you. That’s to be expected, since a weight loss plan is not a vaccine against weight gain.
Life is full of choices. If one is empowered with understanding, then it is easier to make choices, especially if they are difficult ones. One's lifestyle, which is one such choice, directly determines one's present and future state of health. One cannot live a life without stress or pressure, but it is how one deals with it and how one balances it, that determines the final outcome. “Wellness” is an overall health of the mind and body that results in an optimum sense of well-being. It’s what gives us a “zest for life”.
Ultimately, knowledge is the tool with which to control your lifestyle and health. Our aim is to impart this knowledge to all parties so that they can control their health in a sustained manner. Weight loss plans are like fads – they come and go; however, balanced lifestyle is the only permanent tool to personal and business success. This choice varies from person to person, from situation to situation, but requires a conscious, informed decision to suit each circumstance.
